Jobs/Roles in te ECE Community : Internationaly

1. International Child Care is a Christian health development organization. Operating in Haiti since 1967 and in the Dominican Republic since 1988, ICC is working to change the conditions of poverty that impact health and well-being.

Their mission is to respond to a loving God by promoting health and well-being for the children and families of Haiti and the Dominican Republic through caring service and the education of others.

Although it does not mention positions that are open nor skills that  the organization is looking for yet it  provides guidance  for inquirers once a form is filled out.

Can I work for ICC?

Staffing needs in each of ICC’s national offices are determined by that country’s National Director. The bulk of our staff positions are in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, and are staffed by residents in those program areas. In order to work as efficiently as possible, ICC has a very small North American staff. You can always contact ICC's offices to inquire about current job, internship, and volunteer opportunities.

If I were a single person and not a parent, I would jump all over this! It speaks to my faith as missionary work and to the wholeness of children and families and reaching out to the community. What a beautiful way to give back while getting paid for what I love to do!

 2. Bonn E International, English Nanny and Governess Agency London to Moscow and Beyond,
Ten years’ experience in placing childcare and teaching professionals with high profile families in Russia.

Nanny salaries and wages in London and Moscow
five reasons to get international nanny jobs and governess placements and Moscow;

1. High nanny salary and low living costs

2. A job in a European European city

3. Support from us in London and Moscow

4. Travel and get cultural experience

5. Great saving opportunity!

This agency gives more of a persuasive argument as to why being an international nanny is a joyous career. The credentials assuming that you are an early educated professional.

A family Moscow is looking for a firm, flexible, communicative person, who will work five days a week 42 hours. With a pay week that personally pay $1000 plus a living room with a separate entrance. Or for preschoolers $3500 a week in pay!

The requirements this person must be a native speaker of English childcare experience with children of 3 to 5 years old preferably live in nanny experience with a bachelor’s degree and education studies, psychology, drama and languages

Therefore the organization persuades potential employees with the knowledge of Moscow being the  city of millionaires. Moscow are looking more for English Nannies  salary rate is extremely high with low living cost. Parents are looking for English Nanny’s because they know the price of having a bilingual child with good manners and elegance they want their children to grow up bilingual and even trilingual which they state Chinese is becoming a popular third language.

Applications are always being accepted!  Wow, this sounds to good to be true, but again international positions come with a cost losing touch with family or hoping a spouse would be willing to move for a job that you would love. http://www.bonne-int.com/category/nanny-jobs/

  2. The International Child Care organization sounds amazing! I understand your desire to work with them Prior to your post I had not considered a faith based international organization. By working with others who share a common faith as well as mission to advocate for children it seems like the cultural transition would be made that much easier!
